Kids Pizza Workshop // Saturday, June 7th

Join me and my 5-year old daughter, Violet, on Saturday June 7th, from 10:00 to 11:30 a.m. for a deep dive into one of our favorite family dinners: pizza!

Together Violet and I will walk you through our tried and true pizza dough made with both sourdough starter and baker’s yeast, how to make a simple, uncooked tomato sauce and which cheeses we like the best for pan pizza. Violet will showcase her favorite toppings and we’ll point out some fun seasonal ingredients to consider before baking the pizza in our home oven. It’s going to be a doughy-good time!

Class comes with all the recipes and a video recording to download and watch anytime. The cost of registration is for 2!

If you want to mix along with us then have the ingredients to make the dough ready. If you’d like to top and bake your cake with us then have a dough in the pan, stretched and ready to top at the start of class.

Recipes and secure zoom link will be sent the week before class.
